SandBarz Surf and Skate Shop offers surf lessons in Carolina Beach, NC. We teach children and adults of all ages, the art and sport of surfing using safety minded techniques that are proven to work. SandBarz instructors have backgrounds as ocean lifeguards, semi-pro surfer, and experienced surfers who are always friendly and patient. They are certified surf instructors who will make you feel relaxed, safe and comfortable in the ocean.

• Two available sessions, Mon-Fri, 7:30am-10:30am and 4pm-7pm
• Session times may be adjusted for tides for best possible waves.
• Afternoon session is for overflow.
• Monday through Friday camp is $240
• $60 per day
• Monday through Thursday camp is $225.
• 2nd child is $200 Mon-Thur, $215 Mon-Fri.), $50/day
• Other rates are as follows :
  $40/hr for individual (one on one) lessons, $60/hr for group (couple) lessons.
• There are 3 students per instructor,
  10 students max for 3 instructors.
• Weekly campers get a T-Shirt, use of a shop rash guard, a picture and a certificate of camp completion. They will also receive 20% discount during the week of camp on purchases of any shop items except surfboards and skateboard decks. Skateboard decks are 10% off and surfboards are $50.00 off.
• All campers get use of shop board if needed and ½ day rental fee
  if they want to keep it for the rest of the day.
• Campers will receive a handout on learning how to surf to complement the professional, hands-on instruction.
• Campers will need to bring sunscreen, towel, blanket, chair, refreshments.
